We don’t need to advertise for properties to sale in fact most of our instructions come from satisfied customers.  All our viewings are accompanied by one of our agents and we never give out address details over the phone or via e-mail.  All our customer details are kept secure on our computers unlike somewhere in cyberspace that a lot of companies choose. 

We have a great web presence and reinforce this by using other web portals and follow up all our leads with a telephone call or e-mail.  Our property details and photos will give a true impression of how the property appears.  At Kerizac we don’t think that photos should be doctored to create an unusually blue sky or improve the condition of the building or to give the impression that a property is much larger by the use of wide angle lens.  Therefore the photos and description will be created  by Kerizac trained agents.    

We can assist with finding a suitable company to carry out the diagnostic reports required under French law and we will arrange the visit for you.

If you would like to market your property with Kerizac, we will be happy to talk to you about it and before we accept an instruction we will need all the owners of the property to sign a mandate and also to view the deeds to the property in order to verify that our description of the property will be correct, this is especially important for obtaining the surface area of the property.
