We ourselves have experienced the buying process in France from a non French speaking, non resident perspective.

We have combined this experience with our many years of training as an estate agency manager in the UK and knowledge gained from extensive renovations of property to provide a level of service that sets Kerizac apart from other agents.

We are fully registered and insured here in France and hold the "carte professionnelle" required under French Law in order to become an estate agent.

We are happy to meet you in our offices in Guingamp or Bourbriac, alternatively we can meet you at a location more convienient to the property that you wish to view.

 

We take the time to understand your needs, after short listing suitable properties we arrange an itinerary to view the selected properties saving your valuable time.

We also think that it is important to describe properties how they are and not to dress them up.  If a property is located on a main road next to a pig farm we will say so.
